Where this came from
They never thought to look.
The whole thing started because the answer we were handed was not an answer.
In a 2026 campaign, an entire race came down to a single number, and the model behind it was years old.
We went looking for a better one. We did not find it, so we built it.
Data from last cycle, relabelled as current, is still data from last cycle. We give you updated scores continuously, while the race is still moving.
It is not a messaging problem.
The party does not have a messaging problem. It has a diagnostic problem.
You cannot treat what you have not diagnosed. In a trauma bay, that is the first rule.
The anger was there the whole time. It just stayed invisible until it voted.
So we asked a different question: what is this district actually responding to, and where is that already pointed? Then we built the answer ourselves.
