Hell Week and What Comes After

What We Affectionately Call Hell Week.
2 hours each day to bring you up to speed.

Two hours a day for five days. PTGR oversees your campaign until you get your sea legs. Here is what the first 30 days look like.

Day1

Campaign Strategy Day

Full walk-through of a real campaign plan. Race analysis, opponent research, timeline, budget framework, contingency planning, and comparable race review.

A candidate who understands the game is authentic, prepared, dangerous, and unstoppable.

Days2 & 3

Fundraising Training

Psychology of the ask. Hard-ask scripting, rebuttal training, call time structure, live practice, and donor follow-up systems.

By the end of Day 3, you won't dread the phones. You'll own them.

Day4

Field Day (get it?)

Door-knock best practices, phone bank management, volunteer recruitment and retention, data collection standards, and canvassing universe strategy.

Day5

Messaging Day

Why are you running — the real reason. Bio development, soundbite creation, message discipline, stump speech first draft, and oppo research integration.

Weeks2-4

The Foundation

  • Week 2: Call time system live. Field plan drafted. Messaging framework complete. First donor calls made.
  • Week 3: Collateral production. Voter universe locked. First donor report reviewed. Digital presence established.
  • Week 4: Field operations begin. Messaging tested in the field. Month 2 plan in hand. Benchmarks set.

E-Day

Months 3 Through Election Day

Execution, adaptation, and relentless forward movement. Every decision driven by data. Every pivot backed by evidence.

"Slow is smooth. Smooth is fast."

The first 30 days set the tone for everything that follows.
